What does True North Works sell?
Practical digital downloads — guides, templates, toolkits, checklists, planners, and complete systems — across a growing range of topics. Everything is delivered digitally; nothing physical ships.
Are these digital products?
Yes. Every product is a digital download. There is nothing physical to ship.
How are products delivered?
Automatically, as a secure download. After checkout you receive a download link (and an order confirmation email), and your files are available to download straight away. No waiting and no manual step on our end.
When do I receive my download?
Immediately after your payment is confirmed. Your download link is shown on the confirmation screen and sent to your email.
Do you ship physical products?
No. Everything is a digital download — there is no shipping, and no shipping address is required.
What file types may be included?
Most products are PDFs. Depending on the product you may also receive workbooks, checklists, spreadsheets/templates, or prompt files. Products with several files are delivered together as a single ZIP you can unzip on any computer. Anything that opens a PDF can read the guides; prompt products also assume you have access to an AI chat tool of your choice.
Can I access my download again?
Yes. Use the download link from your order confirmation email to download again. If you ever lose access, contact us with your order details and we’ll help you get back in.
What should I do if I have trouble downloading?
First, check your spam or promotions folder for the order email, and try the download link again on a stable connection. If it still won’t work, email support@truenorthworks.net with your order number, the product name, and your device and browser, and we’ll sort it out.
Support, refunds & license
How do I contact support?
Email support@truenorthworks.net or use our Contact page. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
Are purchases refundable?
All sales are final. Because every product is an instant digital download you keep the moment you buy, we don’t offer refunds or returns. If a file won’t download or won’t open, email support and we’ll make sure you get access — that’s on us. Once a product is delivered, the purchase is final.
What can I do with what I buy?
Use it for your own personal and business purposes: read it, print it, and adapt the worksheets, checklists, templates, and prompts inside your own business. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files, or present the templates as your own product. The full personal/business-use license is included with every download.

How do free resources work?
Our free resources — starting with the Faceless Brand Starter Checklist — are delivered by email: you enter your email, we send the download, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Will more topics be added?
Yes. True North Works is a growing catalog of practical downloads across a range of topics. We’re starting focused — the Faceless Creator collection is our first — and more topics are on the way, spanning business, productivity, creativity, and beyond. New releases are designed to fit the collections around them.
Do your products use AI?
Some do — the Prompt Vault, for example, is built around AI chat tools. AI outputs vary and can be inaccurate, so always review, edit, and fact-check anything you generate before you rely on it.
